Tuesday’s trade was mostly contained within the overnight range from 2097.75 and 2085, making them both “weak” lows because of the exactness of those references. The ES had a chance to lower its point of control signifantly more than it did earlier in the day but could not, settling in at 9 wide at 2093 (an early reference for Wednesday).

With poor underlying structure and the exactness of the mechanical buying at recent days 30 minutes bar lows the market appears to be dangerously long, but the psychological 2100 level is within striking distance, and may be what the short term frame traders are looking for.
